The volume Investigating attention to form and individual differences: Research with EFL children (Springer, 2025), edited by María del Pilar García Mayo, has been awarded the AEDEAN (Asociación Española de Estudios Anglo-Norteamericanos) Prize for Best Edited Collection in Language/Linguistics.
The book, part of Springer’s Second Language Learning and Teaching Series, illustrates how young learners focus on formal aspects of the foreign language they are learning, offers practical tasks that can be used by children in L2/foreign language classrooms and discusses a wealth of data on child interaction.
