G. Isabella Stoleru

G. Isabella Stoleru is currently pursuing a PhD in Language Acquisition in Multilingual Settings (LAMS) at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). She graduated with honours in Trilingual Primary Education, and subsequently completed a master's degree in Language Acquisition in Multilingual Settings (LAMS). Currently, she is working on her PhD thesis, supervised by David Lasagabaster. Her thesis is titled 'AI-supported academic literacy development in English-medium instruction: A longitudinal study'. Her research interests include intercultural education, language acquisition—with a particular focus on the acquisition of English—, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and English-medium instruction (EMI).
