Izaskun Arratibel Irazusta
Izaskun Arratibel is a PhD student supervised by Dr. María Martínez Adrián at the University of the Basque Country. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in English Philology from the University of the Basque Country (2013). She also holds two master’s degrees: MA in Language Acquisition in Multilingual Settings from the University of the Basque Country (2015) and MA in Education Training for Professional, Secondary and Language Teachers from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) (2016). Currently, she is working as an English teacher at a school and as a research assistant at the Language and Speech group at the UPV-EHU.

- Cross-linguistic influence in L2 and L3 acquisition.
- The acquisition of vocabulary.
