The concept of world citizenship emphasizes the importance of multiculturalism and multilingualism, making effective and efficient language learning essential. Modern language education must adapt to meet children’s needs with practical, engaging materials that include tactile, auditory, and visual aids. Since the 90s, language learning has shifted towards more communicative methods, such as Communicative Learning, Task-Based Approach, and CLIL, which integrates foreign languages with other subjects. Our project aims to further break down the barriers to foreign language education by incorporating the target language into various school subjects, developing a new curriculum, materials, and digital resources. This initiative aligns with the goals of promoting comprehensive language teaching, innovative learning practices, and addressing digital transformation post-COVID-19. It also aims to enhance teachers’ foreign language skills, support the EU 2030 goal of learning two foreign languages, and foster transnational cooperation to innovate foreign language education.
